Weight Loss success tip of the day: DECIDE

Ya know how you hear things, over and over and over again, and you think you get it. But then one day you really "GET IT".

This happened to me the other day. I have found out that weight loss success or failure comes down to certain principles. And one of those principles is DECISION.

Practically speaking, what does that mean? It means you DECIDE a head of time on some aspect of weight loss/exercise.

So for instance, instead of getting up in the morning and asking myself "hmmmm... what do I want for breakfast today?" I DECIDE on a healthy choice the day or the week before. I prefer the day before. But anyway, you must DECIDE first and then whatever comes against you in that decision you may waver but you CAN stand on that right choice and stick to your decision you have made ahead of time.

So remember the success tip of the day..... DECIDE ~
